Description

The extent of the work involved in the 1st Street Reconstruction and Regional Storm Water Improvements Project 2022 consists of reconstruction of approximately 1 block of 1st Street between 8th and 9th Avenuesin addition to 6-8 blocks of storm sewer construction, depending on the options selected by the owner based on bids submitted. Project work includes approximately 1,200 LF Sanitary Sewer, 1,800 LF Storm Sewer, 600 LF Water Main, 5,600 SY of HMA paving and associated miscellaneous work.
