Description

The project is to construct a 4-lane boulevard section between IH 10 and Kingsland Blvd, including a roundabout: Substantial Completion is considered to be completion, in the opinion of the Engineer, of all required permanent and temporary construction, lighting, temporary or permanent signing, temporary (work zone) or permanent pavement markings, traffic signals, safety devices, and incidentals in order to open the completed roadway pavement (4-lanes and turn lanes) from IH 10 to the tie to Kingsland Blvd. Substantial Completion shall be achieved within 145 calendar days. 1. Approx. 17,470 SY of 10-inch jointed reinforced concrete pavement 2. Approx. 19,200 SY of 8-inch lime stabilized subgrade 3. Approx. 8,770 LF of reinforced concrete curb 4. Approx. 2,030 SY of stamped concrete 5. Approx. 40,414 CY of Roadway and Detention Pond Excavation 6. Storm Water Pollution Control 7. Traffic Signals 8. Illumination 9. Approx. 5,000 LF of reinforced concrete pipes 10. Approx. 560 LF of reinforced concrete boxes
