ASC for Park/Playground Installation and Renovations

The City of Virginia Beach Parks & Recreation Department is seeking bids from qualified regional representatives (contractors) to provide complete installation of park/playground equipment at various locations within the City of Virginia Beach. Bid Bond yes No Pre-Bid Conference Available All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the city of virginia beach staff or officials other than the specified contact person. The city of virginia beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals in whole or in part and to wave any informalities in the bid/proposal process and reserves the right to enter into any contract deemed to be in the best interest of the city. The specifications in this bid/proposal are intended as a quality indicator and guide for your bidding/response and unless otherwise stated, the city will consider alternate bids/proposals of equal or better quality, which shall be accompanied by descriptive literature. The entire contents of this invitation to bid/request for proposal, any addenda, and bidder's/proposer's response shall be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
