This project consists of the rehabilitation and point repairs of sewer mains as follows: Rehabilitation of 11,843 LF (2.24 miles) of 8-inch and 10-inch VC mains, including 26 point repairs; Rehabilitation of 26 manholes; Repair and Rehabilitation of 11 manholes; Replacement of 6 manholes; Installation of 3 new sewer main cleanouts and 1 sewer main manhole; Rehabilitation of all associated sewer laterals (324) from sewer main to property line, and installation of sewer lateral cleanouts as needed to complete the lateral lining work. 1. SLBE participation 5.8% 2. ELBE participation 9.5% 3. Total mandatory participation 15.3%
