0.5 MG East Barclay Tank Rehabilitation Project

The project generally consists of the following improvements to the existing 0.5 MG East Barclay, below-grade, concrete potable water storage tank: Rehabilitation of the interior of the tank to include removal and replacement of existing overflow pipe; removal and replacement of existing drain gate valve and stem; concrete removal and replacement; surface preparation and recoating of interior ladder, supports and overflow pipe supports; replacement drill and epoxy anchors for existing ladder. Rehabilitation of the exterior of the tank to include removal and replacement of existing aluminum dome roof gaskets, sealants and associated hardware at all joints; removal and replacement of all flashing, counter-flashing, bird screens and associated attachment hardware around perimeter of existing dome roof-to-wall connection; and minor earthwork to expose existing roofing.
