Pawnee Road Bridge No. 14 Replacement

The Engineer's estimate is $644,000.00. No contract shall be awarded at a price more than ten percent in excess of the Engineer's estimate. The road shall be closed for a maximum of 90 calendar days. A letter of credit shall be revocable only at the option of Medina County. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. Pre-qualification status must be in force at the time of bid, at the time of award, and throughout the life of the construction contract. Contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements detailed in the Bid Documents shall be required. All bidders must comply with the disadvantaged business enterprise utilization requirements that apply to this contract. The requirements are detailed in item 24 of odot's 2021 lpa template - required contract provisions included in the bid documents. Reference: 24. Pn 013 - pn 013 - 03/15/2019 - disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) utilization plan and good faith efforts contractors and subcontractors must comply with the prevailing wage rates requirements detailed in the bid documents. The bid will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. The medina county board of commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
