2022 Water Distribution System & Storage Improvements

The Project includes reconstruction of water main and associated items. Project areas include work on: 1. Kalamazoo St (M-40) from Fadel St to St Joseph St 2. St. Joseph St from Kalamazoo St (M-40) to Gremps St. 3. The industrial district on the southwest side of town. 4. Hazen St north of Michigan Ave and Bronson Hospital 5. Various residential streets located throughout the Village Information A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to the Village of Paw Paw will be required with each bid as security for the proper execution of the contract. A 100% Labor, Material, and Performance Bond will be required of successful bidder. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled opening without consent of the OWNER. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bids, waive any informality in bidding or to accept the bid, consistent with law, which best serves the interest of the Owner.
