| Description | Removal and disposal of litter along designated Maricopa County (County) highways and adjacent right of ways (ROW). This contract also includes providing support to the Adopt-A-Highway Volunteer Program. The contractor shall provide these services on both a scheduled and unscheduled basis as deemed necessary by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT). Highway litter removal and disposal services support Maricopa County in its role as stewards of the environment by maintaining and improving the landscapes around Maricopa County roadways through the removal of litter and debris. In addition, this service keeps drivers safe from road hazards and distractions while improving the image of our roadways. |
