Renovations at Regional Illegal Dumping (RID) Patrol Facility

Contractor shall perform renovations at Metros Regional Illegal Dumping (RID) Patrol facility located at 1630 SE 8th Avenue, Portland OR 97214. Contractor will perform work according to the design and specifications provided in the ITB for flooring removal and installation of flooring, paint, ceiling repair and removal of select walls to open up work spaces. Oregon Metro's, Report Illegal Dumping (RID for short) division is relocating to the building located at 1630 SE 8th Ave, Portland OR as their base of operations. Renovation of the site will be completed in two separate phases. The purpose of this phase one work is to make initial progress with renovations to the facility so that it is an appropriate work site for occupancy while phase two construction planning is finalized. The goal of this phase one work is to complete the scope of specified construction tasks safely, workmanlike, and expediently while coordinating closely with Metro's Project Management personnel towards the successful completion of the project as viewed by Metro
