County-Wide Access Control Upgrades

This project includes the replacement of the current countywide Andover Continuum access control system as well as the Stanley Gatekeeper access control system in the Law Enforcement Center. Scope includes hardware, terminations and programming for multiple projects currently under construction, retrofitting multiple existing facilities with Andover access control and adding new hardware to existing facilities currently without access control. There will be roughly 350 card readers in total. Additionally, the County seeks to migrate from Indala credentials to high frequency smart cards for approximately 1,000 cards. The Owner requires Substantial Completion for the various sites as noted below: Software Headend by February 15, 2021 Government Center West by March 5, 2021 Law Enforcement Center by April 2, 2021 Libraries with existing Andover access control system by May 28, 2021 Marschall Road Transit Station by May 28, 2021 Public Works by May 28, 2021 Regional Training Range by May 28, 2021 Libraries without existing Andover access control system by July 2, 2021 Savage Radio Tower by July 2, 2021 Government Center East by November 19, 2021 Justice Center non-renovated areas by January 14, 2022 Justice Center renovated areas by May 13, 2022
