A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than three percent (3%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond will also be required of the successful Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Base Bid may be held for a period not to exceed sixty days before awarding Contracts. This Work will be funded by the Indianapolis-Marion County Building Authority.
