Garrison Lane Site Improvements - Project Wheel

The Project includes the following Work: The City of Hendersonville FY2021-090/ GARRISON LANE SITE IMPROVEMENTS: PROJECT WHEEL (R6) consists of the installation of approximately 3,600 linear feet of 8-inch DIP water main along Crest Road in Garrison Lane in Henderson County. The project also contains an approximately 30 linear feet jack and bored two-lane road crossing with 16-inch steel casing and approximately 240 linear feet of 10” HDPE horizontal direction drill water construction. Sewer construction consists of approximately 885 linear feet of 8-inch PVC gravity sewer. The project will involve a complete water and gravity sewer installation including all connections, manholes, abandonment of existing utilities, bypass pumping, surface restoration, and all related appurtenances necessary to complete the work.
