Description

The Construction Manager will receive sealed Bids for the following Bid Items of work: Bid Item #02: Site Excavation and Utility Work Bid Item #03: Asphalt Paving Work Bid Item #04: Landscape and Seeding Work Bid Item #05: Concrete Work Bid Item #06: Masonry Work Bid Item #07: Roofing Work Bid Item #08: Aluminum Window and Door and Fiberglass Sandwich Panel Work Bid Item #09: Metal Stud, Drywall, Insulation and Acoustical Ceilings Work Bid Item #10: General Trades and Selective Demo Work Bid Item #11: Painting Work Bid Item #12: Carpet, LVT and Base Work Bid Item #13: Tile Work Bid Item #14: Epoxy Resinous Flooring Work Bid Item #15: Athletic Flooring Work Bid Item #16: Locker Work Bid Item #17: Gymnasium Equipment Work Bid Item #18: Manufactured Casework and Tops Work Bid Item #19: Fire Protection Work Bid Item #20: Plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC Ductwork and Temperature Controls Work Bid Item #21: Electrical and Fire Alarm Work Work includes a new Athletics Addition to the existing Noblesville High School and renovations to some existing classrooms. The project(s) will be constructed utilizing the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) delivery method for public work. The Construction Manager will contract with multiple First Tier Subcontractors for the Bid items listed below, with bids received on a lump sum basis for each bid item. Each proposal shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the project in strict accordance with the Construction Drawings, Project Schedule, Project Manual and Technical Specifications. All subcontractors must be pre-qualified prior to submission of the bid. Pre-qualification forms can be obtained by contacting Misael Ramirez, Hagerman, Inc., 317-577-6836, MRamirez@HagermanGC.com. The completed prequalification forms with attachments shall be submitted to Misael Ramirez by 5:00 pm Tuesday, December 6, 2022. Completed forms may be emailed to Misael Ramirez or a hard copy delivered to Hagermans office (10315 Allisonville Road) in a sealed envelope. Financial information will be kept confidential. Pre-qualified subcontractors will be notified of approval by 5:00 pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022. BID SECURITY: Bids are not required to include a Bid Security or Bid Bond or Certified Check. PERFORMANCE BOND AND PAYMENT BOND: A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount may be required of the successful bidder. Bidders will provide a cost for this bond on the bid form.
