Sludge Line Replacement and 88th Avenue Sewer Replacement

Project includes the design of a new pressure sludge line, abandonment of existing sludge line, the design of a new gravity sewer main, and right-of-way (ROW) plans required for bidding and constructing the Sludge Line Replacement and 88th Avenue Sewer Replacement. The Project includes replacing the existing sixteen inch (16”) diameter sludge line with a new twenty-four inch (24”) diameter (pressure) sludge line from the new Thornton Water Treatment Plant on the southeast corner of Thornton Parkway and Washington Street to the holding ponds at Wes Brown Water Treatment Plant. Additionally, the Project will replace the twenty-one inch (21”) diameter gravity sanitary sewer main in 88th Avenue from Hoffman Way to Welby Road, approximately 2,700 LF.
