Description

Wolfpit Industrial Site Phase 1B Water System. The Project will consist of the installation of a 125,000 gallon fire suppression water holding tank and telemetry located near the community of Wolfpit in Pike County, Kentucky. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis. 1 125,000 Gallon Holding Tank (Glass Lined) incl. delivery, assembly, valve pit, heat source 2 PE Signed plans for tank foundation 3 Tank site preparation 4 Foundation installation 5 Water Storage Tank Telemetry for two (2) tank sites 1 LS 6 Water Tank Access Road #2 and tank pad(1) 7 6 ft. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by Lynn Imaging will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Section 109 and E.O. 11246 and Title VI and other requirements. MBE/WBE bidders are encouraged to bid. The winning contractor must be registered with SAM.gov by the time of the award. Failure to complete this registration as noted will constitute a disqualification of any such bidder. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 5 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. MBE (2.5%), WBE (6.9%) The Work will be substantially completed within 150 working days. Final completion 180 working days The purpose of this project is to extend fire service to the Wolfpit Industrial Park Project near the Wolfpit community in Pike County, Kentucky.
