| Description | The City of Fayetteville is soliciting bids for on call contractors or individuals that can offer the service of collecting large limbs and bulky waste for when the City needs additional assistance. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities concerning bid or award bid to the lowest, responsible bidder or bidders, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the proposals for the performance of the contract. The term for this contract will be for one (1) year with three (3) one year renewal options. The agreement may be renewed for up to three (3) additional twelve (12) month periods, if all contracting parties so agree and services provided by the vendors have been satisfactory. Prices shall remain firm. |
