Paving, Drainage, and Utilities To Serve Williams Reserve East

Sealed bids in duplicate, will be received on behalf of ASGI Homes c/o Southeast Regional Management District at the offices of Spear Point Engineering, LLC, 604 W Worsham Street, Suite 100, Willis, TX 77378 for furnishing all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary for completion of the following: Williams Reserve East: Paving, Drainage, and Utilities The major items of work include: Paving, Drainage, and Utilities for 45 lots of a single residential family subdivision. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
