| Description | Repair and Refinish Drill Floor Hagerstown Readiness Center. Term of Contract: One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. The Maryland Military Department provides support to the Army National Guard for the state of Maryland. The support includes providing maintenance to the Readiness Centers for National Guard units. The drill floor located at the Hagerstown Readiness Center needs to be repaired and refinished to preserve the life of the floor. The purpose of this project is to repair and refinish the drill floor and repairing to existing tiles, which shall include Granwood floor sanding and sealing. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary. The work consists of removing the existing floor finish of approximately 6300 square feet, and refinishing the drill floor .
