| Description | The intent of this Request for Proposal is to establish an agreement to provide Roofing Services on a non-exclusive basis to the Saint Louis Zoo, as required for a term of two (2) years with an option for two (2) additional years. All pricing for the core items are to remain firm for the first two (2) years of the contract, and thereafter are subject to adjustment for each subsequent year upon approval of the authorized representative of the Saint Louis Zoo. All questions must be received by May 18, 2022 for issuing of addendums.
