West Crescent Fire District Addition and Renovation at the Crescent Road Station - Fire Protection

As of December 29, 2022, construction commenced on September 1, 2022 and is expected to be completed by the end of March, 2023. West Crescent Fire Distric - Fire Protection West Crescent Fire District intends to construct an addition and renovations to their facility at 1440 Crescent Road, Clifton Park, NY 12065 and is seeking separate sealed bids for General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection. This is a public work project, prevailing wage rate where coordination of the schedule will be the responsibility of the General Contractor (GC). Each sealed enclosure containing a bid is to be endorsed on the outside with the name, address and telephone number of the bidder and is to state that it contains a bid for the West Crescent Fire District - Addition & Renovations including the specific contract being bid Bid security in the form of a 5% bid bond issued by an acceptable surety or bank or certified check payable to the West Crescent Fire District is required Complete digital sets of digital Bidding Documents, Drawings and Specifications may be obtained for Forty-Nine Dollars ($49.00), in form of credit card. Bids must be in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and other bid documents for the project and must remain valid for forty-five (45) days. Bidding Documents are available for inspection at the following location by appointment only: H2M architects + engineers, 3 Lear Jet Lane, Suite 205, Latham, NY 12110 Bidders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use and coordinate directly with the printer for hard copies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for Bidders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda. Approximate Budget: $2.2 - 2.5 million The West Crescent Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, re-advertise for new bids, and waive minor irregularities in bidding and to accept the bid that is best suited for the Owner *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
