Jeffersonville Golf Club - Short Course

Project involves the construction of a 9-hole short course. The work includes rough and fine grading, green and bunker construction, cart path installation, rain garden construction with associated storm water inlets and piping, and the installation of a 2-wire automated sprinkler system for irrigation. Alternates for this project include the tee box construction, hydroseeding/grassing, and the installation of a satellite irrigation system in lieu of the 2-wire system. This project is re-bid of the original project with a reduced scope and alternates. All materials, labor, and equipment necessary shall be in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and Township Standards.
