Description

The work to be performed generally includes: Replaster two pools (full size and wader), including the following: Drain and prepare pool for chipping Clean the surface Demo in-wall ladder steps & install new steps Install new drain covers Apply new plaster after applying Bond-Kote Refit the pool pump room, monitor pool fill Install new waterline tile for both pools All plumbing and electrical to be included in final price. All permits should be included in price. Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis.
