| Description | Airport Taxiway Crack Sealing The City of Albany strongly encourages Small Business firms to participate in this bid. This project will be bid on a lump sum basis for all specified work and will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest total bid in the manner that best benefits the City of Albany. A Contract Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount may be required of the successful bidder. 5% Bid Bond is required of all bidders.
