Description | As of 9/28/2023 no bids were received for this project. Information on the rebid of this project is not yet available. The project includes the construction of the restroom and all associated site work and utilities. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid made payable to the City of Hudson as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the successful bidder will execute the Contract and furnish a performance bond and payment bond in the amount of the Contract with three (3) days after award of the Contract. Any questions and requests for substitutions must be made via email to the Architects office and will be accepted and answered through September 25, 2023. The City of Hudson reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days after the date and time of Bid Opening. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date and time of Bid Opening. The City of Hudson reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City of Hudson. Prevailing wage rates are applicable to the project. The Project shall reach Final Completion by July 3, 2024. Failure to complete within this timeframe will result in Liquidated Damages of one-hundred (100) dollars per day until Final Completion is reached. |
