Description

The HVAC project component includes the comprehensive upgrade and installation of campus HVAC building automation systems, retro commissioning and evaluation of existing HVAC systems, and priority upgrade of HVAC equipment. The Access control component includes installation of card entry system for exterior doors of campus buildings, reconfiguration of the main campus entrance, road and access point, construction of a 3,000 GSF visitor center at the main campus entrance, and upgrade/installation of automated gates at secondary entrances.
