Description

Work included under this contract consists of: Engineering, permitting, and furnishing and installing Seven (7) precast concrete buildings Three at approximate 20’x26’, Three at approximate 30’x26’, and One at approximate 30’x39’, The building are unisex restroom/shower buildings some with laundry area and a camp store building/concession with a restroom. Work includes demolition of the existing buildings, including any hazardous material removal, connection to existing utilities, site grading and paving, erosion and sedimentation control and final site grading and seeding.
