Carter Schools Sidewalk Improvements Knox County

The Project consists of grading, drainage, sidewalk, signage, striping, crossing signal and signal modifications for the proposed sidewalk improvements. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the CONTRACTOR S LICENSING ACT OF 1976, and as passed by the 89th General Assembly of the State of Tennessee. Furthermore, the Contractor should have the necessary licensing classifications as listed in the Rules of Tennessee Board for Licensing General Contractors-Chapter 0680-1. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award notice.
