| Description | 1. Remove existing roofing system to deck including existing roof field, insulation, metal edge, flashings, vent stacks, curbing and all other general rooftop accessories. 2. Verify integrity of existing deck 3. Repair and/ or replace existing deck as required. 4. Install ISO roof insulation if required to meet current state and city energy codes. 5. Install new fully adhered Asphalt Roof Shingle Roof System including all materials, metal edge, flashing, boots, vent stacks, curbing and all other general rooftop accessories as needed. 6. Provide a minimum two (2) year Warranty on all installation work. 7. Provide minimum twenty (20) year NDL manufacturer’s warranty on material and workmanship. |
