New Maple Grove Transfer Station

Construction will consist of miscellaneous site work, including but not limited to, site grading, concrete pavement, asphaltic pavement, retaining walls, new electrical service and lighting, meeting or exceeding the specifications and requirements outlined in the construction drawings and specifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids; and to award the work as is deemed, in its best judgment, to be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to contact any vendor or bidder prior to award for explanations or clarification and to enter into negotiations for other changes associated with the bid or times. The Owner does not discriminate against any vendor on any basis. Bids received after the published time and date may be rejected.
