Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Lincoln Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field. The City of Lincoln Park, Michigan desires to renovate the existing HVAC/Boiler System inside the Kennedy Memorial Building as the current system is experiencing failures of older equipment. The Kennedy Memorial Building is located between London Avenue and Merril Avenue on Ferris Avenue, 3240 Ferris Avenue. The proposed renovations are comprised of 2 options, one is replacing the existing non-functional boilers and the second is to eliminate the boiler system and replace with forced air units and a mini-split system to supplement other areas.
