| Description | The Brookfield Police Department is requesting interested and qualified firms to submit sealed envelope proposals for providing general janitorial services for the Police Station at 63 Silver mine Road, Brookfield CT. The Brookfield Police Station is approximately 10,000 square feet and operates round the clock, 24/7. Work shall encompass all normally accepted janitorial tasks involved with cleaning a workplace building, including but not limited to mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping, trash removal, the use of cleaning chemicals and light lifting as may be assigned. The Town of Brookfield shall have unlimited rights to use, disclose or duplicate, for any purpose whatsoever, all information developed, derived, documented or furnished by the Bidder under any contract resulting from this RFP. |
