| Description | Asphalt cement is to be delivered at 300-degree application rate to the storage tank site in Jackson County. Material will be F.O.B. tank site, located at Jackson County Department of Transportation, 2400 N. Elm, Jackson Mi. 49201. All units must be self-unloading. The Jackson County Department of Transportation does not pay demurrage and all bids must be submitted without demurrage charges. Bidder must specify the name(s) of each proposed freight hauler and bid minimum size loads only. Bidder’s proposed freight hauler must be approved by the Jackson County Department of Transportation before acceptance of the bid. |
