Description

**As of September 16,2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The lead-based paint inspection was conducted to identify the presence of lead-based painted components and to assess the condition of these materials. The scope of services included the following components: A surface-by-surface inspection of the building painted surfaces for lead-based paint. The inspection included 13 apartment units randomly selected using HUD Table 7.3 and Form 7.4. Tenant common areas and accessible areas of the building exterior were also inspected. X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) lead testing of painted, stained, and varnished building components from representative areas of the building. Exterior building components accessible from the ground elevations were included in the testing. Preparation of a lead paint inspection report to include identified lead-based paint, conclusions and recommended control options.
