Description | The Jie Ming Mandarin Immersion Addition and Renovation - Part 2 project includes the addition of approximately 20,000 SF of new construction, including a new cafeteria and kitchen and five new classrooms. A portion of the addition is designed to serve as a severe weather storm shelter. The project also includes replacing one boiler in the original building mechanical room and the full HVAC system in the 1950s era portion of the building. One set of inclusive restrooms will be added, and the existing gym floor will be replaced. Traffic areas including for buses, cars, and service vehicles will be reconfigured. Electronically submitted bids require a copy of the bid security to accompany submission. Original cashier's check bid security must be delivered within three (3) business days of bid opening or postmarked on or before bid opening date. The Owner intends to recommend award of Contract on March 21, 2023. 1. Contact the Printer in advance to order the documents or order on-line. 2. Make checks payable to ARC Central. 3. Documents may be picked up by bidders directly from the Printer. 4. If delivery of the documents is requested, charges shall be paid by the Bidder directly to the Printer. 5. The Owner will provide One PDF set of documents to the successful bidder(s). Additional sets may be purchased by the Contractor.
