Mulberry Canine Park Shade Structure

The intent of this project is to procure a qualified, professional Supplier for the Construction of Mulberry Canine Park Shade Structure, who has five (5) years of experience with projects of similar size and scope. Contractor shall provide a “Turn Key” job. This project includes; but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing civil and landscaping improvements as noted on the Civil Plans, as well as, constructing a new shade pavilion on the property. There are site improvements included in the project such as sidewalks and fencing improvements. The construction improvements to the facility are further described in the Construction Drawings / Specifications and or Bid Documents. The contractor is to complete the construction per the plans, specifications and bid package. - Demolition of certain existing civil and landscaping improvements per plan - Construction of Pavilion per plan - Site work per plan Work on this project will begin upon awarded Contractor’s receipt of Notice to Proceed. Completion is expected within 45 calendar days after the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The successful Bidder/Contractor upon receipt of Notice to Proceed shall immediately apply for all permits and diligently monitor the progress, to achieve swift acquisition of all permits. The time for permit acquisition shall not exceed 30 days and may be extended due to circumstance beyond the contractor’s control. The completion date may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances with the approval of the District. Location: Belle Meade Circle adjacent to the fitness trail near the Village of Springdale.
