Roof Removal and Replacement

Removal of the existing shingles, and installation of new shingles of the Utilities Facility located at 22801 S. Wolf Road. Providing a proposal that provides the following: 1. Remove and dispose of existing One (1) layer of roofing material; 2. Supply dumpster for tear off and roofing debris; 3. Repair any damaged existing plywood; 4. Contractor to protect any landscaping around the building; 5. Check for loose nails in landscaping with roller magnet; 6. Install ice and water shield on all sides of roof in accordance with State Code; 7. Supply and install 35 year or better architectural style asphalt shingles. (Color to match existing shingle); 8. Supply and install new aluminum drip edge flashings to all gable edges; 9. Install new synthetic felt underlayment to entire roof surface; 10. Supply and install new color coordinated roof vents and new plumbing vent flashings; 11. Properly flash and seal around 4 exhaust vent hoods and furnace pipes; 12. The Contractor is responsible for all clean up associated with the job; 13. Detailed timeline from start date to finish date shall be provided once a contractor has been selected;
