The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: The existing gymnasium will be air conditioned using 2 packaged pad mounted air conditioning unit (PMUs). The PMUs will have two stages of DX cooling, with hot gas re-heat circuit for humidity control, enthalpy-based economizer operation, and two stages of heat. 1. The Work includes, but is not limited to: a. Erosion, Sedimentation & Pollution Control b. Grassing.
