Description

Providing City tree removal services for various geographical locations throughout Salida. Services include tree evaluation, chipping, debris removal, disposal, and clean up associated with these arborist activities. 1. The removal of dead and dying branches, except for an occasional branch up to (2") inch in diameter in the main leaf area or crown, where it is not practical to remove; 2. Removal of all broken branches or loose branches lodged in the tree; 3. Removal of all dead and live stubs, broken or poorly cut limbs; 4. Removal of live branches, which interfere with the trees structural strength and healthy development, which would include the following: 5. Limbs, which rub or abrade a more important branch; 6. Limbs with weak structure, which are not important to the structural framework of the tree, such as rotten limbs (contact the contract manager to make determination about preservation of wildlife habitat branches); 7. Limbs with twigs and foliage obstructing the development of more important branches; 8. Limbs or main leaders forming multiple leaders in a single leader type tree; 9. Heavy foliage branches which droop or sag near the end of a limb which will produce more weight or offer more resistance to wind, snow or other climatic factors than the limb is likely to support; in addition, any branches or leaders that may threaten homes. 10. Remove undesirable sprout or sucker growth from the ground to a height of 20 feet.
