| Description | "Bid 23-140 - Covenant Park Tennis Court Repairs" in the subject line The last time for questions is before noon local time, April 6, 2023. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on or after a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" of the owner and to fully complete the project within 60 calendar days, as stipulated in the specifications.
