Description

The City of Shaker Heights is seeking proposals from a team of qualified architects and interior designers to prepare a space study and construction documents for Shaker Heights City Hall Annex Building in order to re-organize department locations and functionality. This project is located at: 3380 Lee Road Shaker Heights, OH. 44120. Scope of Work: Co-Locate the Human Resources and Information Technologies Departments from City Hall to the City Hall Annex Building. The project will be divided into two phases: Phase 1, Concepts for design and use of each space and related cost estimates. Phase 2. Detailed drawings, construction bid set, and updated cost estimate including construction services.
