The proposed project, Package 1, Special Needs Clinic at COHCR is located at 8210 Floyd Curl Dr., San Antonio, Tx. 78229 Provide and Furnish all Supervision, Labor, Material, Equipment and Tooling as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in an expeditious, safe and professional manner and in accordance with the Owner's requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to divide the Project into multiple parts, to reject any and all Proposals and re-solicit for new Proposals, or to reject any and all Proposals and temporarily or permanently abandon the Project. Owner makes no representations, written or oral, that it will enter into any form of agreement with any respondent to this RFP for any project and no such representation is intended or should be construed by the issuance of this RFP.
