Milling, Rubbilizing and Resurfacing on IL 148

1.5 miles of milling, rubbilizing and resurfacing on IL 148 from Ziegler-Royalton School to north of Yellow Banks Road. The proposed improvement consists of removing the existing hot-mix asphalt surface on the both NB & SB lanes to bare PCC concrete. The existing PCC concrete will be rubblized and resurfaced with hot-mix asphalt binder and surface course. Other work includes shoulder work, pipe underdrains, box culverts to be cleaned, culvert extensions, superelevation corrections, and pavement marking. The radii at Yellow Banks Rd and Renfro Lake Rd will be improved.
