Description

The proposed facility will be approximately 80,000 gross square feet and constructed on the Mungertown Road Property recently purchased by the Town as part of the Renewal Plan. The eight-year peak projected enrollment is forecasted to be 601 students with a space standard calculation of 75,867 square feet. The project will include the demolition of the existing Ryerson School and site restoration.
