Asphalt Patching Project

Reference Number 0000317230 The Town of Mead in a joint municipal bidding effort with the Town of Milliken is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide asphalt patching on both Town's streets and properties. Meads details and standards will be utilized for work in both Town's. This work consists of removal and replacement of asphalt pavements by milling, excavation, removal and replacement of RCP, subgrade stabilization, grade preparation, adjustment of utility access points, and minor ditch regrading and associated traffic and erosion control within separate Town rights of way or on Town property. Separate quantities and location maps will be provided along with separate contracts, agreements and schedules for the work in both municipalities. This is a unit price project. Each line-item cost shall contain all associated costs to complete that item, including all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, haul, mobilization, and environmental or fuel/surcharge fees necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Project Construction Documents and the current Town of Mead Design Standards and Construction Specifications. Specific locations have been identified for completion in 2023 as shown on the maps and quantity estimates provided. Additional line items have been included in the bid tab with minimal quantities in order to provide a comprehensive price list for future work, should funding be available, as well as to provide a basis for award.
