Steam System Upgrades at Michaelian Office Building

The work under this contract consists of providing all necessary labor, material and equipment required to replace existing Expansion Joints, Radiator Control Valves, Steam Traps and Zone Valve Actuators. Provide new steam pipe insulation and provide new piping to bypass existing condensate transfer pump to prevent spillage improving sanitation and energy efficiency. The project will also include metering capability to determine energy usage of the MOB. All required power and controls for the new system will be provided
