DFCM Construction-DABC West Valley Store Relocation

DFCM is entering into a Multi-Step Bidding Process for Construction Services. A short-listing of contractors will be based on the selection criteria outlined in the bidding documents contained herein. Short-listed contractors will be invited to submit bids on the project described above. The only contractors allowed to bid on this project will be contractors short-listed by the selection committee. All contractors responding to this procurement must comply with and require all of their subcontractors to comply with the license laws as required by the State of Utah. This project consists of remodeling an existing empty building at the end of the Highbury Strip Mall in West Valley City. The existing facility is shelled, but has partial MEP infrastructure. The interior and finished exterior of the existing facility will selectively be demolished. The new work of the project will include, but is not limited to the addition of an enclosed shipping/loading dock and spaces for retail sales, storage, an office, conference room, restrooms, breakroom with lockers, and stock room.
