West Springfield Boys and Girls Club Renovations (Phase 3) Project - Sub-bid

The West Springfield Boys & Girls Club, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the West Springfield Boys & Girls Club Renovations (Phase 3) Project, 615 Main Street, West Springfield, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Caolo & Bieniek Associates, Inc.The work is estimated to cost $500,000.00 (including all alternates). Wages are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive, and federal minimum wage rates pursuant to the Davis-Bacon Act, whichever pays more.
