Transmission System Repairs and Capital Improvements

Louisville Water Company is requesting Bids for a one (1) year Master Services Agreement renewable for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods to furnish pipes, equipment, tools, material, other appurtenances and labor to perform repair work and capital improvement work on LW's transmission system on an as-needed basis. Transmission system repairs or improvement work shall include, but not be limited to, repairs or improvements to large diameter (20-inch and greater) ductile and cast iron pipe, steel pipe, concrete pipe, and associated distribution mains and structures such as gate valves, manholes, air valves, and fire hydrants. Questions or inquiries relating to this project must be submitted through the Louisville Water Company electronically A Bid Bond will not be required. Payment and Performance Bonds are required for all particular assignments/projects under this Master Agreement when the assignment/project plus any LW supplied materials is fairly estimated to cost more than $250,000.
