Description

Grout hair line cracks as identified in Attachment 1. Remove, dispose, and replace the facade masonry column as identified in Attachment 1 Repaint the areas effected by the grouting and column replacement, at a minimum this will include the area 1 foot on either side of the grouting and the entire column being replaced, SMCPS will provide the color upon award. o The primer will be Sherwin Williams B51W001450 primer / Sherwin Williams A88W01151 paint or equivalent. The contractor will provide all tools, materials, labor, and coordination required to complete this scope of work, this WILL include a lift or scaffolding equipment. Contractor will remove all debris from the site and dispose of properly.
