The proposed site development is to consist of 56 2-5 bedroom residential units, a maintenance garage, a clubhouse and pool structure. The residential buildings will consist of a two-story wood framed structure. The clubhouse and maintenance garage are expected to consist of a single story wood framed structure. The buildings will not include a basement. Asphalt concrete pavement roadways, parking lots and access drive areas will be included as part of the site development.
